Alert Concerning Freezing Water Pipes

Due to the strong cold wave expected to move in tomorrow, there is concern that water pipes may freeze.
Please take measures to prevent freezing at home, such as covering exposed water pipes and faucets with heat insulators or towels, and keeping a small amount of water running.
