Fictitious billing has been occurring in the form of one-way phone short messages, posing as an employee of the phone company and charging fictitious fees.
Do not open suspicious e-mails unnecessarily, and respond to them by deleting them.
Also, targets are not limited to the elderly.
You may be a target too.
